The very beautiful (and funny), Suellen, who got married yesterday at Healing Manor - Congratulations to you and your Husband!
I had the pleasure of being asked to be Suellen's Make-up artist for her and 5 other ladies on her wedding day.
Suellen loves make-up and wasn't afraid of trying something different to her usual make-up for her wedding day. As it was a Summer wedding, (and a very hot day!), oil free products were used to prep and foundation wise. A little corrector was used underneath the eyes and then I concealed any areas that needed a little more attention powdering only down the t-zone to keep that lovely sheen on the cheekbones.
Brows were kept soft with a little bit of eyeshadow for definition. Eyes - (cream eyeshadows were used), I used a neutral shade first right up to the brow bone, then I blended a gorgeous Bronze shimmer shade over the lid and into the crease, taking it underneath the eye. A deeper shade was added in the crease, outer corner and underneath the eye. Lash line - I used a black gel liner with my favourite Maggie Hunt liner brush. I then added some Chelsea Beautique false eyelashes in No 19, I love these lashes! I then finished with a waterproof mascara.
I used a light bronzer to warm up Suellen's skin slightly, taking this down the neck too. Blush wise - I added an apricot blush which suited her skin tone perfectly, finishing with a highlighter along those cheekbones.
Lips - I used a nude lip pencil all over the lips, then Uber pink by Bobbi Brown, finishing with Pink sequin high shimmer lip gloss - I think you will agree, a very beautiful Bride!
