Very proud and excited to share with you just one of the beautiful images from a shoot recently in Sheffield, with a very professional, creative team. The amazing Jess Petrie photography, Alison Jenner hair stylist, Amy Swann, (head pieces and cakes), Sarah-Alyce Ward - Model.
I love freckles and always cringe when ladies sometimes ask me to cover them, I say embrace them! There is nothing worse than seeing a thick layer of foundation, even more so when that person has lovely skin! So all I did was even out any areas with a little concealer. (I wanted a dewy finish to the skin too, so first I used MAC strobe cream mixed with Bobbi Brown Moisturising balm.) Sarah had amazing brows and all I did was groom them and use a bit of eyeshadow and brow gel to set and enhance the texture.
I had bought some a Tom Ford eyeshadow palette and a Chanel blue mascara, (very subtle but very beautiful.) I also had bought some gorgeous Chelsea Beautique false eyelashes, which, when I first saw them I didn't think they would look natural or work, but they totally rocked and looked so ethereal, so complimented the look beautifully.
I tried various looks - a very natural look, quite glossy and sheer, then added a smokey eye with a glossy lip, then lastly added more colour to the lips with a Charlotte Tilbury lip colour in Bitch perfect.
For the cheeks I used a cream blush and some MAC irridescent powder on the top of the cheekbones, and inner corner of the eyes.
